Lauren is in the second year of her PhD at Flinders University. Her project is assessing the effects of the shark cage-diving industry on the local ecosystem at the Neptune Islands, South Australia.  She has a keen interest in using biochemistry to better understand ecosystems and their food-web dynamics. Lauren is also the CEO and Co-founder of Otlet, a tissue sharing platform for research scientists.
